TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using Lendivel's services, you enter into a binding legal agreement. If you do not understand or agree to these terms, do not proceed.
1. FOUNDATION OF OUR PARTNERSHIP
1.1 The Nature of This Agreement
By engaging Lendivel's services, you establish a healthcare partnership governed by professional standards and legal obligations. This is not a casual consumer transaction. Your health decisions, our clinical recommendations, and mutual responsibilities carry genuine consequence.
This agreement clarifies:
- The scope and nature of care Lendivel provides
- Your responsibilities as a partner in your own care
- Our responsibilities as your healthcare provider
- Mutual expectations regarding communication, transparency, and compliance
- How disputes or concerns will be addressed
1.2 Legal Foundation
This agreement comprises:
- These Terms and Conditions
- Our Privacy Policy
- Your documented electronic consent
- Your individual Care Agreement with Lendivel
Together, these form your complete contractual and professional relationship with Lendivel. Each component informs and reinforces the others.
1.3 Authority and Capacity
By accepting this agreement, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or have appropriate parental/guardian authorization)
- You possess legal capacity to enter into healthcare agreements
- You are not under legal restrictions preventing healthcare service engagement
- You commit to providing complete and accurate health information
- You have read, understood, and voluntarily accept these terms
1.4 Agreement Completeness
This agreement, as written, represents our complete understanding. It may be modified only through:
- Written amendment signed by both parties
- Formal policy update posted on our platform with explicit notification
No verbal commitments, email suggestions, or informal assurances override these written terms. If any staff member makes promises inconsistent with this agreement, those promises are not binding on Lendivel.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Lendivel" - Lendivel Healthcare Technology Platform, including all its services, website, applications, and staff.
"Services" - Retainer-based, continuous healthcare services including consultations, monitoring, care planning, and follow-ups provided by our Care Team.
"Care Team" - Licensed healthcare professionals including doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, specialists, and other authorized healthcare providers assigned to your care.
"Virtual Assistant (VA)" - Human or AI-assisted support staff who handle scheduling, reminders, data entry, and coordination (not medical decision-making).
"Patient/You/User" - Any individual who engages Lendivel's services.
"Care Docket" - The operational and clinical record that documents your health information, care plan, and ongoing treatment.
"Care Rep" - Your primary assigned care provider (typically a doctor or specialist).
2.10 Additional Definitions
"Red Flag Symptoms" - Medical conditions requiring immediate emergency intervention (chest pain, severe bleeding, seizures, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe trauma).
"Informed Consent" - Your written acknowledgment that you understand Lendivel's scope, limitations, and responsibilities, made freely and without coercion.
"Care Agreement" - Your individual contract with Lendivel specifying services, fees, billing cycle, and care plan.
"Documented Consent" - Written or digitally recorded consent (WhatsApp, email, or signed document) that creates a timestamped record of your agreement.
2A. INFORMED CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
2A.1 Mandatory Informed Consent
Before receiving any services, you must provide documented consent acknowledging that you:
- Understand Lendivel is NOT emergency care - We do not provide emergency room services, trauma care, or immediate life-saving interventions
- Understand Lendivel's scope - We provide prevention-focused, continuity-based care only
- Accept full responsibility for emergencies - You must seek emergency services (call 999, 112, or go to nearest hospital) immediately if you experience Red Flag Symptoms
- Understand we are not a 24/7 service - Response times to non-urgent issues may be 24-48 hours
- Understand outcomes depend on your adherence - Health results depend on you following medical and lifestyle recommendations
- Understand data will be shared with your Care Team - Your information will be accessed by authorized Care Team members for treatment purposes only
- Agree to provide accurate information - You take full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide
- Agree to disclose external treatments - You must immediately inform Lendivel of any care received outside Lendivel
- Understand you may be terminated - Lendivel reserves the right to terminate your care for cause
- Understand this is a binding agreement - These terms are legally enforceable
2A.2 Documentation of Consent
Consent documentation will include:
- Timestamp of consent (date and time)
- Your explicit acknowledgment of each point above
- Your name and signature (physical or digital)
- Verification that you had opportunity to ask questions
- Record retained for minimum 7 years
Consent is NOT valid if:
- You appear to be under the influence
- You are in a crisis mental state
- You do not have capacity to understand
- You have not had time to read and consider these terms
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1 The Lendivel Care Model
Lendivel operates through a longitudinal, coordinated care model structured around continuity and integration rather than episodic encounters. Key characteristics:
- Retainer-based engagement: You retain a dedicated Care Team for ongoing health stewardship rather than paying per visit
- Multidisciplinary coordination: Physicians, nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and specialists work collaboratively within your care plan
- Primary Care Rep: A lead clinician (typically a physician) coordinates your overall care trajectory
- Continuous monitoring: Regular structured check-ins track health status, progress, and emerging concerns
- Data integration: Your Care Docket synthesizes medical history, current status, lifestyle factors, and treatment response into a unified health narrative
- Proactive intervention: Care Team identifies patterns and intervenes before conditions escalate
3.2 Clinical Services Provided
Initial Assessment & Care Planning:
- Comprehensive health history and baseline assessment
- Initial clinical evaluation and risk stratification
- Personalized care plan developed by your Care Rep
- Baseline health metrics and functional assessment
Ongoing Clinical Management:
- Structured follow-up intervals calibrated to case complexity:
- Stable/Preventive cases: Weekly assessment and monitoring
- Moderate complexity: Bi-weekly to tri-weekly engagement
- Complex/chronic cases: Frequent contact with daily monitoring capability
- Red flag/acute concerns: Immediate physician escalation
- Treatment protocol development and ongoing adjustment
- Medication management and optimization
- Diagnostic testing coordination and result interpretation
- Specialist referral and care coordination
- Continuous progress documentation and outcome tracking
Integrated Health Management:
- Evidence-based medical recommendations
- Nutritional assessment and therapeutic nutrition planning
- Physical rehabilitation and movement optimization
- Psychosocial assessment and wellness support
- Lifestyle modification counseling and adherence support
- Preventive health screening and optimization
Care Coordination & Administration:
- Communication with external healthcare providers
- Appointment scheduling and reminder coordination
- Administrative support via Virtual Assistant
- Comprehensive medical record maintenance
- Transition support to specialists when clinically indicated
3.3 Clinical Response Standards and Service Availability
Response commitments:
- Red Flag/Acute symptoms: Immediate physician evaluation by telephone; guidance to emergency services if indicated
- Urgent clinical concerns: Physician response same business day
- Initial physician assessment (new patients): Within 24 business hours of intake
- Routine clinical questions: Response within 24 business hours
- Non-urgent administrative requests: 2-3 business days
- Scheduled follow-up appointments: Per your established care plan
- Regular monitoring contacts: Per case complexity and care protocol
Service hours: Business hours (specific hours defined in your Care Agreement). For life-threatening emergencies outside service hours, seek immediate emergency care (dial 999 or 112).
Important clarification: Lendivel is not a 24/7 emergency service. We are a structured, office-hours clinical platform. Emergencies require immediate emergency department evaluation regardless of time of day.
3.4 Red Flag Symptoms and Escalation Protocol
Red Flag Symptoms requiring immediate action:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Uncontrolled severe bleeding
- Seizures or loss of consciousness
- Severe trauma
- Suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges
When you report Red Flag Symptoms, Lendivel will:
- Immediately escalate to a licensed doctor
- Advise you to call emergency services (999, 112) or go to nearest hospital
- Provide guidance on nearest emergency facility
- Document the escalation and action taken
- Support coordination with emergency team if possible
You understand:
- Lendivel cannot replace emergency services
- You must seek emergency help immediately
- Emergency response is not Lendivel's responsibility
- You take full responsibility for seeking emergency care
3.5 Clinical Model: Scope and Positioning
What distinguishes the Lendivel approach:
- Longitudinal integration: Continuous relationship enables pattern recognition impossible in episodic care
- Multidisciplinary coordination: Integrated team approach addresses interconnected factors—medical, nutritional, physical, psychological
- Incentive alignment: Revenue model aligns with patient health maintenance, not disease acuity
- Data synthesis: Behavioral, lifestyle, and clinical data inform holistic health management
- Proactive management: Early pattern recognition and intervention prevent escalation
- Personalization: Care protocols adapt to individual phenotype, not standardized algorithms
Lendivel provides:
- Longitudinal health management and optimization
- Coordinated intervention for identified health conditions
- Specialist coordination and integration
- Preventive health assessment and early detection
- Evidence-based clinical care delivery
Lendivel does not provide:
- Emergency stabilization or acute trauma management
- Inpatient hospital or intensive care services
- Surgical or invasive procedural care
- Standalone mental health crisis intervention
- Addiction medicine or rehabilitation services
- Services outside our team's professional scope or licensure
Appropriate use cases:
- Ongoing health management and optimization
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive health and risk reduction
- Lifestyle modification and behavior change
- Care coordination with specialists
Not appropriate for:
- Life-threatening emergencies (use emergency services)
- Acute trauma or severe injury
- Psychiatric crisis (use crisis services)
- Situations requiring immediate specialist evaluation
- When you're uncertain—err on the side of emergency care
4. YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1 Accuracy and Completeness of Information - CRITICAL
You are legally responsible for:
- Providing completely accurate medical history
- Reporting all current and past medications (including over-the-counter, herbal, and supplements)
- Disclosing all allergies (drug, food, environmental)
- Reporting all surgeries, hospitalizations, and medical procedures
- Disclosing mental health history (depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidal ideation)
- Reporting substance use (alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs)
- Immediately reporting any changes in your health status
Consequences of false information:
- Lendivel is not liable for any complications, adverse reactions, or poor outcomes
- Lendivel reserves the right to immediately terminate your care
- You accept all legal and medical liability for outcomes
- You indemnify and hold Lendivel harmless for any damages
4.2 Disclosure of External Care - MANDATORY
You MUST immediately disclose:
- Any doctor visits or care from other providers
- Any medications prescribed by other doctors
- Any hospitalizations or emergency room visits
- Any surgical procedures or diagnostic tests
- Any over-the-counter or herbal treatments you start
- Any changes to existing medications
Failure to disclose:
- May result in immediate termination of your care agreement
- Makes you liable for any complications from drug interactions or conflicting treatments
- Releases Lendivel from liability for adverse outcomes
4.3 Adherence to Care Plan
You acknowledge that:
- Your health outcomes depend significantly on your adherence to recommendations
- Non-adherence to medications, lifestyle changes, or follow-up appointments reduces effectiveness
- Lendivel is not responsible for poor outcomes caused by non-adherence
- You bear all responsibility for outcomes of non-adherence
You will not:
- Skip prescribed medications without consulting your Care Rep
- Substitute recommended treatments with alternative therapies without disclosure
- Ignore lifestyle recommendations (diet, exercise, sleep)
- Avoid or reschedule appointments without valid reason
- Self-diagnose or self-treat conditions without guidance
4.4 Mental Health Monitoring and Clinical Limitations
Lendivel's approach to mental health:
- Comprehensive mental health assessment during initial evaluation
- Ongoing monitoring for mood, anxiety, substance use, and psychosocial stressors
- Integration of mental health factors into overall care planning
- Collaboration with mental health specialists when indicated
- Recognition of the interconnection between mental and physical health
Important clinical boundaries:
- Lendivel is not a primary mental health treatment provider
- We do not provide specialized psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment
- We cannot serve as crisis intervention for acute mental health emergencies
- We cannot provide inpatient psychiatric care or emergency psychiatric stabilization
If you are experiencing mental health concerns:
- Disclose fully during your assessment and ongoing care
- Inform your Care Rep immediately of any mood changes, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or crisis feelings
- Seek specialized mental health providers for therapy or psychiatric care
- In acute crisis, contact emergency services or mental health crisis line immediately
Your responsibility:
- Complete honesty about mental health history and current status
- Engagement with specialist mental health providers as recommended
- Immediate action if experiencing crisis or suicidal thoughts
- Clear understanding that Lendivel monitors but does not replace specialized mental health care
Critical safety principle: Mental health crises require immediate emergency intervention. Do not delay seeking emergency care waiting for a Lendivel appointment.
4.5 Lifestyle Commitment
Your health depends on your commitment to:
- Following dietary recommendations
- Maintaining regular physical activity
- Achieving adequate sleep (7-9 hours)
- Managing stress effectively
- Avoiding harmful substances or limiting use as recommended
- Attending scheduled check-ins and appointments
Lendivel is not responsible for outcomes when you do not maintain these lifestyle commitments.
4.6 Communication Responsibility
You agree to:
- Keep your contact information current
- Respond to your Care Team within 24 hours for routine matters
- Respond immediately to urgent communications
- Be available for scheduled appointments
- Update us of any contact changes immediately
5. LENDIVEL'S RESPONSIBILITIES, LIMITATIONS, AND LIABILITY PROTECTION
5.1 What Lendivel Commits To
Lendivel commits to:
- Providing care by licensed healthcare professionals only
- Following evidence-based medical practices
- Documenting all care in your medical record
- Maintaining confidentiality of your health information
- Following Nigerian healthcare regulations and NITDA guidelines
- Protecting your data with industry-standard security
- Responding to urgent matters within 24 hours
- Maintaining professional liability insurance
5.2 Comprehensive Liability Disclaimer and Release
By accepting these terms, you release and hold harmless Lendivel, its owners, staff, Care Team members, Virtual Assistants, and all representatives from any and all liability for:
- Medical outcomes - Any health result, improvement, decline, or complication
- Medication complications - Any side effects, allergic reactions, or drug interactions
- Missed diagnoses - Any condition not detected or identified
- Delayed diagnoses - Any delay in identifying a condition
- External provider errors - Any errors by labs, specialists, hospitals, or referral providers
- Diagnostic test delays - Any delay in receiving test results or communicating them
- Non-adherence outcomes - Any complications from you not following recommendations
- False information outcomes - Any complications from inaccurate information you provided
- Mental health crises - Any suicide, self-harm, or mental health emergency
- Emergency response failures - Any delay in emergency response or emergency provider delays
- Drug interactions - Complications from medications prescribed by other providers
- Lifestyle-related conditions - Outcomes from not following lifestyle recommendations
- Third-party actions - Any actions or negligence of external providers
- Data breaches - Loss, theft, or unauthorized access of data (covered under Privacy Policy)
- Discontinuation of service - Any complications from termination of your care
5.3 Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lendivel from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from:
- Your failure to disclose accurate health information
- Your failure to disclose external treatments
- Your non-adherence to medical recommendations
- Your non-adherence to lifestyle recommendations
- Your failure to seek emergency care when needed
- Your delay in reporting health changes
- Any actions or omissions by you
This means you assume all legal and financial responsibility for any damages resulting from your actions or omissions.
5.4 No Guarantee of Results
Lendivel explicitly does NOT guarantee:
- Specific health improvements or outcomes
- Prevention of any illness or condition
- Early detection of all diseases
- Prevention of disease progression
- Cure of any condition
- Reversal of symptoms or conditions
- Any specific health result whatsoever
Health outcomes depend on multiple factors including genetics, lifestyle adherence, external care quality, and individual circumstances beyond Lendivel's control.
5.5 Limitations of Liability
Lendivel is NOT liable for:
Medical Limitations:
- Any complication arising from your health condition
- Any complication from medications prescribed by external providers
- Any complication from treatments by external providers
- Delayed diagnosis of any condition
- Missed diagnosis of any condition
- Any mental health crisis or emergency
- Any substance use disorder complications
- Any pregnancy or obstetric complications
- Any death or serious injury
External Provider Limitations:
- Errors or delays by laboratories
- Errors or delays by imaging centers
- Errors or delays by specialists or consultants
- Errors or delays by pharmacies
- Errors or delays by hospitals
- Any complications from referrals we make
Patient Responsibility Limitations:
- Any complications from non-adherence to medication
- Any complications from non-adherence to lifestyle changes
- Any complications from withholding information
- Any complications from providing false information
- Any complications from not seeking emergency care
- Any complications from not following the care plan
- Any complications from not reporting symptoms
Technical/Administrative Limitations:
- System downtime or technical failures
- Communication delays via WhatsApp, email, or other channels
- Delayed responses during off-hours or weekends
- Loss of data (covered under Privacy Policy)
- Any force majeure events (natural disasters, government action, etc.)
Maximum Liability Cap: The total liability of Lendivel for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the total amount you paid Lendivel in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall Lendivel be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
5.6 Virtual Assistant Disclaimer
Virtual Assistants (whether human or AI):
- Do NOT make medical decisions
- Do NOT diagnose conditions
- Do NOT prescribe treatments
- Handle only administrative tasks (reminders, scheduling, data entry)
- Are supervised by licensed healthcare professionals
All medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed doctors or healthcare professionals on your Care Team.
5.7 No Emergency Service
Lendivel is explicitly NOT an emergency service. We:
- Do not provide 24/7 emergency response
- Do not guarantee response times for emergencies
- Are not responsible for emergency response delays
- Do not replace emergency medical services
- Recommend you call 999, 112, or go to nearest hospital for emergencies
6. TERMINATION OF CARE AGREEMENT
6.1 Lendivel's Right to Terminate FOR CAUSE (Immediate)
Lendivel reserves the right to immediately terminate your care agreement without notice if:
- You provide false health information that could endanger your safety or compromise care quality
- You withhold critical health information (mental health history, substance use, suicidal ideation)
- You conceal external treatments or medications from other providers
- You are abusive, threatening, or harassing to any Lendivel staff member
- You refuse reasonable medical recommendations consistently without valid reason
- You fail to adhere to lifestyle recommendations causing preventable health deterioration
- You violate confidentiality or privacy agreements
- You repeatedly miss appointments (3+ missed without valid reason)
- You fail to pay fees within 30 days of invoice date
- You misuse our services (attempting to sell information, hacking accounts, fraud)
- You violate these Terms and Conditions materially
- You engage in illegal activity related to your care
Upon termination for cause:
- No refund of fees
- Your medical records will be made available within 30 days
- We will not provide ongoing care
- You may be reported to healthcare authorities if appropriate
6.2 Lendivel's Right to Terminate FOR SAFETY CONCERNS
Lendivel may terminate your care if:
- We assess that our services cannot safely meet your needs
- Your condition requires specialized care beyond our scope
- You need inpatient or emergency care not provided by Lendivel
- Mental health crisis indicates you need specialized mental health services
- We determine your needs exceed our capacity
We will provide 14 days notice and assistance transitioning to appropriate care.
6.3 Patient's Right to Terminate
You may terminate your care agreement by:
- Providing written notice at least 30 days in advance
- Emailing support@lendivel.com with subject line "Termination Request"
- Submitting through your account portal
- Providing reasons for termination (optional)
Upon your termination:
- You remain liable for all fees through the termination date
- Monthly retainer is non-refundable after care begins
- Your medical records are available for download or request
- We may provide 30 days transition support
6.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination for any reason:
- Lendivel has no further obligation to provide care
- You lose access to your Care Team
- Your Virtual Assistant support ends
- All future appointments are cancelled
- You are responsible for obtaining alternative care
- We will not be liable for any gaps in your care
7. PAYMENT, BILLING, AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 Retainer Model Pricing and Non-Refundability
- Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis
- Fees are non-refundable once care has begun
- "Care has begun" means your first appointment or initial health assessment
- You acknowledge understanding this non-refundable structure before accepting services
7.2 Billing and Payment Terms
- Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Late payment (after 7 days) may result in:
- Service suspension
- Addition of late fees
- Termination of care agreement
- Invoices are sent via email or account portal
7.3 Refund Policy - Absolute
NO REFUNDS are provided for:
- Monthly retainers once care has begun
- Partial months
- Cancellations for any reason
- Services not fully utilized
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service
- Disagreement with recommendations
ONLY refund available:
- Full refund only if you cancel before your first appointment/initial assessment begins
7.4 Agreement Term and Auto-Renewal
- Initial care agreements are for minimum 12 months
- Automatically renews for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled
- Cancellation requests must be in writing at least 30 days before renewal date
- If you don't cancel by deadline, you authorize automatic renewal billing
7.5 Third-Party and External Costs
Lendivel is NOT responsible for costs from:
- Laboratory tests or diagnostic imaging
- Specialist consultations or referrals
- Hospital admissions or emergency care
- Medications from external pharmacies
- Transportation or accommodation
- Any services provided outside Lendivel's system
You are responsible for all these costs.
7.6 Additional Services and Fees
Some services may incur additional fees beyond your monthly retainer:
- Urgent after-hours consultations
- Intensive monitoring (daily vs. weekly check-ins)
- Specialized consultations
- Travel or home visits
- Complex care coordination
These will be communicated in advance and require separate consent.
7.7 Financial Hardship
- Lendivel is not obligated to provide financial hardship exceptions
- Requests may be considered at Lendivel's sole discretion
- Non-payment may result in service termination
- Payment plans are not automatically available
8. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, DOCUMENTATION, AND RECORDS
8.1 Professional Standards and Licensing
- All Care Team members are licensed healthcare professionals in their respective fields in Nigeria
- Lendivel maintains professional liability insurance
- All Care Team members comply with their professional regulatory bodies
- Lendivel maintains confidentiality and follows healthcare ethics
8.2 Medical Records and Documentation
- Your Care Docket (medical record) is maintained securely
- All interactions, assessments, and recommendations are documented
- Records are retained for minimum 7 years after care termination
- You have the right to request and receive your complete medical records
- Records are provided within 30 days of written request
8.3 Documentation of Care Decisions
- Your Care Team documents all clinical decisions and rationale
- Treatment plans are recorded in your Care Docket
- All medications and recommendations are documented
- Patient education and warnings are documented
- Non-adherence is documented when observed
This documentation protects both you and Lendivel by creating an accurate record of care provided.
8.4 Incident and Adverse Event Reporting
If you experience an adverse event (unexpected harm, medication reaction, etc.):
- Report immediately to your Care Team
- Complete an incident report form
- Lendivel will investigate and document
- You will be updated on findings
- Report will be retained for legal protection
8A. DATA, PRIVACY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY
8A.1 Strict Confidentiality
Your health information is:
- Confidential and shared only with authorized Care Team members
- Protected under healthcare and data protection laws
- Secured with industry-standard encryption and access controls
- Never sold to external parties without legal requirement
- Never marketed to third parties
- Discussed only with healthcare professionals for your treatment
8A.2 Permitted Information Sharing
Your information may be shared with:
- Your assigned Care Rep (primary doctor)
- Authorized specialists and Care Team members (with your knowledge)
- External labs or specialists you're referred to (with notification)
- Emergency services in life-threatening situations
- Government/legal authorities if legally required (with notice where permitted)
All sharing is for treatment purposes only.
8A.3 Information You MUST Disclose
For our protection and yours, you must fully disclose:
- Complete medical history (including past surgeries, hospitalizations, chronic conditions)
- Mental health history (depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, psychiatric hospitalization)
- Substance use (alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, prescription drug abuse history)
- Medication allergies and reactions (including severity)
- All current medications (including over-the-counter and herbal)
- All external healthcare (doctors, providers, hospitals)
- Pregnancy status (if applicable)
- Recent infections or illnesses
Failure to disclose makes you liable for any complications resulting from incomplete information.
8A.4 Data Breach and Security
While Lendivel maintains industry-standard security:
- No system is 100% secure
- You acknowledge this risk by using our services
- Lendivel maintains cyber insurance for data breaches
- In event of breach, affected individuals will be notified per legal requirements
- Lendivel is not liable for hacking, theft, or unauthorized access beyond reasonable security

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- Loss, theft, or unauthorized access of data

Indirect and Consequential:
- Loss of income, profits, business opportunities, or financial harm

These services are NOT emergency medical care. In life-threatening emergencies:
- Call 999, 112, or your local emergency number immediately
- Go to the nearest hospital emergency room
- Lendivel cannot provide emergency response
- Lendivel is not responsible for emergency response delays
12.3 Prevention-First Model
Lendivel provides prevention-focused, continuity-based care only. We:

- Do NOT replace specialized medical care
- Do NOT replace emergency services
